Below is our on edge conveyor that has perforated holes in the belt. A vacuum is connnected to the conveyor and draws the dust away from the operator as they sand the wood product.

This conveyor works in conjunction with an over head conveyor. The product hangs from the overhead and the operator pushs up against the on edge conveyor and sands the product.

Below is a picture of our On Edge Dust Collecting Conveyor. This conveyor is used in the furniture industry. A vacuum is connected to the back of the conveyor and the dust is pulled away from the operator.

Tripod supports are a good choice for fast set up or temporary installations. Easily adjustable, tripods are designed for 138 series conveyor.

Below is a picture of a recent installation of a Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor on a turntable with a Chain Transfer. The conveyor is transfering onto a Drag Chain Conveyor and we had a 24" long product so correct transitioning had to be considered.

These conveyors are available with rollers set high or set low and also available with formed or structural channel frames

In our light duty gravity conveyor line we offer the 138 45 degree & 90 degree conveyors.

The rollers can be set high or set low with the frames aluminum, galvanized or painted. The aluminum & galvanized frames ship within 48 hours.

The roller capacity is 50 lbs per roller.
